Dutch Contact Center Agent (inbound sales) - Greece

We are seeking a Dutch Contact Center Agent (inbound sales) to make inbound calls to convince potential customers to sign a contract with a Belgian energy company. The job involves administrative tasks, comparing rates, and responding to incoming calls. Work remotely from your home in Greece.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and basic level of English (B2)
• Experience with contact centers
• Good understanding and level of computers
• Self-confidence, motivation, and focus on delivering accurate work and high quality
• Flexibility, adaptability, organization, proactivity, social skills, and active listening
