We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for our new location in Lisbon. In this role, you are responsible for smooth communication between customers and employees, support with onboarding, and ensure service quality.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, coordinate with employees, support customers during onboarding, handle and solve problems, manage customer feedback, and ensure customer payment information is up-to-date.
