We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our German Revenue team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory.
Requirements
- Sales Experience Required: 5 years of experience in business development or account management, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally within the Staffing Industry or SaaS.
- Friendliness and Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Skilled at negotiating, and can confidently address the needs of your clients.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German at a native or highly professional level and have good English skills (at least B1).
- Openness to Temporary Employment: No hesitation regarding temporary staffing and ideally have experience in this industry.
- Empathy and Openness: Quick to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Work independently and always looking for new business opportunities to achieve your goals and contribute to the company's success.
