UK - On-Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our client sites in Linton, Cambridge, managing a team of 50+ workers and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing operations at multi-site or high-volume facilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ workers effectively.
• Previous experience in service or operations management, ideally in a logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or third-party environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Own car to travel to the site
