Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets. Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.
A successful candidate will have minimum 2-3 years experience managing operations at multi-site or high-volume facilities. Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ workers effectively.
