This role is focused on ensuring customers achieve maximum value throughout their journey with a leading digital signature platform. You will act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, helping clients succeed in their use of the solution while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and expansion potential.
Manage and strengthen customer relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring successful adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization. Monitor customer health metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction, proposing corrective actions when needed.
You will play a key role in monitoring client health metrics, improving retention, and supporting strategic accounts with tailored success plans.
