What You Will Do

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Proven success building, managing, and scaling customer acquisition channels with measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
• Experience conducting A/B testing and applying experimentation frameworks to improve marketing performance
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, search optimization, and content-driven growth strategies
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and leveraging automation to improve marketing workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is preferred
• Familiarity with coding or technical skills that support marketing experimentation is considered an asset
• Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels is preferred
