Lead QA

Role Overview

This role is a key leadership position within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, responsible for defining and elevating quality assurance practices across multiple teams and projects. The Lead QA will shape end-to-end testing strategies, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with diverse technical contexts.

What You Will Do

Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, lead the design and execution of automated and manual testing frameworks, participate hands-on in test development, execution, and debugging, and mentor and support development teams in adopting strong QA practices.

• Proven experience in QA leadership or senior QA roles within software development environments

• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance product needs and quality requirements
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG is a plus
• Experience building QA foundations, processes, and scalable quality systems is highly valued
