The Senior QA Test Lead will be responsible for defining the testing vision while also actively building and executing automation frameworks that ensure robust, scalable, and reliable delivery outcomes.

Lead the QA and testing function for large-scale insurance transformation programs, design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, oversee all testing activities, and balance manual and automated testing approaches effectively.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in QA, testing leadership, and quality engineering within large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization programs
• Proven hands-on experience defining test strategies, building frameworks, and executing end-to-end QA activities across complex environments
• Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, with additional experience in platforms like Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, UFT, or TestComplete highly valued
• Deep understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, including when manual testing is critical to delivery success
• Experience working in lean, cross-functional teams where professionals manage multiple responsibilities to drive delivery outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
