This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and hands-on engineering, guiding the design and delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. You will lead a team responsible for building scalable, reliable, and modern applications while setting the bar for engineering excellence across architecture, code quality, and delivery practices.
Lead the technical direction of engineering teams, establish and enforce engineering best practices, drive modernization of legacy systems, champion AI-enabled engineering practices, mentor and support engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
