Manager, Partnership Success - Health Plan

Role Overview

Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with health plan partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong operational alignment, and long-term partnership success. Act as a key liaison between external health plan stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.

Manage day-to-day relationships with health plan partners, oversee partnership performance reporting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and lead preparation and execution of external partner meetings.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, partnership management, or similar client-facing roles
• Experience working within healthcare, health plans, or health services organizations strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
• Experience driving operational improvements, performance tracking, and reporting within business or healthcare settings
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
