Senior Java Backend Developer

Role Overview

This role is focused on building and evolving a modern, high-performance credit experience platform that delivers personalized financial offers in real time to customers. You will work on designing scalable backend systems that support complex, event-driven architectures and enable seamless orchestration across microservices.

Develop and evolve backend services in Java to support a real-time credit marketplace delivering personalized offers. Design and implement scalable integrations using asynchronous messaging systems to support complex distributed workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java (Java 11+)
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security frameworks
• Experience with modern architectural approaches, including Hexagonal Architecture and Contract-First API design
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or GCP Pub/Sub
• Strong experience writing unit tests using JUnit and applying software testing best practices
• Good understanding of clean code principles and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile teams
