Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

Role Overview

This role sits at the center of clinical trial execution, ensuring that high-quality, reliable data supports the development of life-changing therapies. You will lead end-to-end clinical data management activities across multiple studies, working closely with study teams, CROs, and external vendors in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

What You Will Do

Lead clinical data management activities across multiple studies from study start-up through database lock and archiving, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all outputs. Manage data transfers and integration across systems, ensuring consistency and integrity across clinical data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of clinical data management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Proven experience leading clinical studies and managing or mentoring data management teams
• Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) certification strongly preferred or equivalent industry-recognized certification
• Experience in people management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
