Role Overview

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products, operational systems, integrations, or backend platforms
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend architectures, data flows, third-party integrations, and engineering trade-offs
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions that replace manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand interconnected workflows, data dependencies, and organizational processes
• Experience defining product requirements, success metrics, MVPs, and long-term strategic roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance product management workflows and decision-making
• Strong written communication skills with experience creating specifications, business cases, decision documents, and product briefs
• Sound business judgment with the ability to connect technical improvements to revenue growth, operational efficiency, quality improvements, and risk reduction
