Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Role Overview

This role focuses on shaping and improving the internal engineering ecosystem that powers large-scale product development across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for making software delivery faster, more reliable, and more enjoyable for engineers across the organization by enhancing build systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain core developer experience systems, partner with engineers to identify workflow bottlenecks, improve developer workflows, evaluate and integrate modern engineering tools, and lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
