Supplier Quality Engineer

Role Overview

This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier performance, product compliance, and continuous quality improvement across a global supply base. You will work closely with sourcing teams and suppliers to monitor, evaluate, and improve quality systems and manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do

Manage and resolve non-conformance and Material Review Board (MRB) issues using established quality systems and processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (RCCA) to address quality issues in the supply base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process control roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier quality systems
• Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, QS-9000, or TS-16949
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working with moderate supervision in a dynamic environment
