Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally in fashion, retail, or mass consumption.
- Proven ability to lead complex operations and multifunctional teams.
- Strategic focus, results-oriented, with the ability to transform problems into viable solutions.
- Excellent communication, natural leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong aesthetic and cultural sensitivity, aligned with the visual universe of RocÃo Osorno Studio.
- High level of autonomy, organization, and decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools, CRM, ERPs, e-commerce, order management, and Excel.
