Youth Worker

We are seeking a part-time Youth Worker to join our client's team in Seymour, Australia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality compassionate mentorship, support, and coaching to youth in the community, and enhance their wellbeing by assessing their needs and ensuring they are given the tools needed to thrive.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young people and families
• Current Police Clearance
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a variety of settings
• Strong interpersonal and human relationship skills while being attentive to the needs of others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
