Acquisition Manager Nordics opportunity with 2+ years of iGaming B2C acquisition experience. Manage, grow, and optimize affiliate and media buying performance, onboard new partners, and identify opportunities for growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills required.
Requirements
- Manage, grow and optimise affiliate and media buying performance
- Onboard new partners and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio
- Grow marketshare and ROI across multiple brands and geos [DK, NO, FI, Northern Europe]
- Identify and recruit high-performing casino and sportsbook affiliates
- Negotiate and maintain CPA, hybrid, and revenue share deals.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimise for FTDs and eCPA
- Collaborate with BI, Content, CRM, and Design
- Ensure compliance with contracts, brand standards, and market restrictions
- Provide insights and reports, ensuring accurate tracking and data
- Collaborate with Finance to automate / streamline commission reconciliation and payments processing
- Able to travel internationally to represent company as and when required
- Able to attend networking events in Malta
