Requirements

• University educated
• Local (Maltese) experience of 3+ years within the FMCG / food retail industry in a senior commercial role
• Strong track record of scaling a business and driving profitability
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and franchise management
• Excellent negotiation skills
