Chief Legal Officer - iGaming B2B

A rapidly growing games development studio within the iGaming industry is looking for a Chief Legal Officer to join their team. The role involves building and leading the legal function & framework from scratch, advising senior management on legal and regulatory matters, and managing licences across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified business lawyer with EU recognised qualification
• Previous experience of managing contracts for B2B (games providers) within iGaming
• Several years of experience in a senior legal role within the iGaming industry
• Experience building and leading a legal team or department
• Up-to-date with MGA B2B compliance regulations, and other iGaming regulatory frameworks
• Experience of researching and managing licence applications for various jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance
• Solution-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset
• Confident leadership style with the ability to mentor and guide
• Able to travel infrequently for business purposes
