Corporate Services Executive - Onboarding Team

Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Executive to join their growing team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate services, legal, compliance, or financial services – in an onboarding or client acceptance role
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in Malta
• Fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
