Field Event Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Event Coordinator to own end-to-end coordination of field events, webinars, and virtual programs, managing logistics from planning to execution and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or a related operations role, with strong project management skills and experience managing webinars or virtual events. The role requires occasional travel (about 30% of the time) and is a fully in-office position in Lehi, UT.

Requirements

• 2+ years in event coordination, field marketing, or a related operations role
• Proven experience managing webinars or virtual events, with strong project management skills
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with occasional travel (trade shows, field events)
