Senior HR Manager (m/w/d)

jobpal is looking for a passionate and experienced HR leader to create, implement, and drive strategies and take care of our employees. The successful candidate will work with the leadership team to build an entire HR function from the ground up and lead a team of recruiters.

Requirements

• First-hand experience in working in a fast-growing company
• Ability to see the organization as a whole and identify pain points
• Experience with leading a team of recruiters and setting expectations, coaching, and achieving results
• Knowledge of the German employment system (fluency in German is a plus)
