JobRack is a recruitment business that helps business owners from all over the world hire quality remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. We're a fully-remote team of 10 and pride ourselves on offering a fantastic service to clients and candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of international experience as a recruiter in an agency environment.
- Experience working with clients in the USA, UK and Europe.
- Experience conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
- Exposure to numerous niches and industries (tech, finance, marketing, legal, creative, support, SaaS, etc.).
- Experience working directly with multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience with ATS systems (we use Workable)
