We're looking for a Law Firm Management Consultant who can offer operational, financial, and strategic support and guidance to law firms, enhancing performance, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working internally at an international law firm (ideally more than 7 years).
• Licensed lawyer.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Management or leadership experience.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Understanding of legal practices and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of legal technology.
• Experience in law firm financial management.
