Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their Technical Services Division. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, perform market research and analysis, establish contact, and develop relationships with prospects to close profitable deals.
Requirements
- Identify potential clients based on market research and develop plans to gain access.
- Generate business opportunities through meetings, calls, emails, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Approach potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors, etc.).
- Establish solid working relationships with clients based on mutual trust and loyalty, demonstrating ethical and honest behavior.
- Maintain clear records of received and processed enquiries and report on sales efforts.
- Handle tender preparation and submission, negotiate, and close deals.
- Meet targeted conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/client interactions, and generated revenue.
- Secure orders by following up with clients and remain supportive until invoice collection.
- Monitor market trends, pricing developments, new projects, and competitor news.
- Collaborate with the operation team, invoicing, and collection team to ensure no bad debts and support the execution of orders.
- Manage key accounts by cross-selling and upselling all available services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services provided by the company.
- Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
- Handle customer complaints or objections and support their resolution.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
- Ensure client debts are collected.
