Job Description
JobTrain is seeking an Assessment Lead to coordinate and lead day-to-day operations for JobTrain’s Assessment Center. The Assessment Lead will register, track, and record all examination activities for clients interested in Career Training and Education (CTE) courses.
Requirements
- Excellent observational and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to project a calm and professional demeanor, especially in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining integrity and fairness
- Eligible to administer Wonderlic or CASAS assessment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of all exam materials before, during, and after the testing period
