Aircraft Inspection Supervisor

Joby Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Inspection Supervisor to join our quality assurance team. As the Supervisor, you will provide necessary leadership and training to the Quality Aircraft Inspection Team, coordinate inspection tasks, and ensure compliance with the Joby Production System procedures.

Requirements

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• Supervisory knowledge in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aviation industry
• Leadership ability, influence others, and make decisions
• Knowledge of quality systems, gauging, and close tolerance measurement
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and policies
• General understanding and interpretation of blueprints
• Solid problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and ability to perform work accurately
• Ability to train others, use general inspection tools, and adapt to change
• Positive attitude, honesty/integrity, and ability to maintain a high-morale environment
