Job Description
Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate and driven Aircraft Maintenance Systems Program Manager to administer, optimize, and manage the maintenance software system to support workflows, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven Experience as an administration level user in IFS and/or other software platforms
- A thorough understanding of Aviation maintenance organizations, operations, and regulations (i.e.: part 121, 135, 145)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven experience in a related field
- Strong SQL skills for data transformation and modeling
- Experience coordinating with and managing external vendors
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Collaborative team working skills
