Role Overview

Join Joby Aviation's Powertrain & Electronics team as a Production Process Technician to execute advanced processes, identify root causes, and resolve quality issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Be an expert responder to process issues, execute reworks and repairs, collaborate cross-functionally, drive quality issue resolution, and develop and maintain 4S+S processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent
• Hands-on electromechanical skills
• Organizational skills and attention to details
