Process Technician

Role Overview

Paradigm is seeking a Process Technician to support and optimize manufacturing processes. The technician will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance, resolve technical challenges, and ensure adherence to quality and industry standards.

What You Will Do

As a Process Technician, you will design and implement programs for equipment, train operators, troubleshoot equipment-related challenges, support production teams, and revise assembly documentation to facilitate continuous process optimization and improvement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 1 year of relevant experience, ability to work as part of a team, and proficiency with data analysis and root cause problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include an educational background in an engineering-related discipline and 3 years of previous electronics assembly experience.

Requirements

• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, processes, and assembly specifications
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of applicable standards (e.g. J-STD-001, AS9100, NADCAP)
