Job Description
We are looking for an ECommerce Shop Manager who can lead the technical and content-related development of our shop, drive conversion optimization, and ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce (D2C) in operation and content care of shops
- CRO and analytics skills: GA4 secure; Heatmaps/Session-Recordings (Hotjar/Clarity, Klar!); A/B testing; KPI understanding (CR, RPV)
- Technical understanding of Shopware 6 (Experience Worlds, Rule Builder, Custom Fields, API basics)
- Good English and very good German language skills
