Barista (Service Specialist)

Responsible to provide food, beverages and service to Guests at a level of quality that ensures their satisfaction and their desire to return.

Requirements

• Solid product knowledge
• Barista Certification
• Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and employees
• Able to mix, sell and serve approved alcoholic beverages to guests aged 21 and older upon request and verification of age requirement
