Job Description
Our client, a leading conglomerate, is seeking a Risk Manager to join its legal team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Implement and maintain ERM policies, procedures and controls.
- Identify, assess and report investment, portfolio and enterprise risks.
- Advise Board, Audit and Investment Committees and executive management on risk and M&A.
- Ensure M&A and portfolio exposures remain within agreed risk tolerances.
- Build centralized risk management shared services and deploy GRC tools.
- Recruit, develop and manage the risk team; deliver training and address performance.
- Produce concise risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
