• 10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications, especially SAP
• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects
• Team leadership in an international environment
• Experience in hybrid deployment: Cloud, SaaS, on-premises solutions, complex integrations
• Project/Program management skills
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Multi-country work experience
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in Data Analytics
• Experience in Industrial environment
