Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to support the Digital Workspace Experience (DWE) – Order Fulfilment and Procurement teams. The role will involve servant leadership, coaching Agile values and principles, and driving improvement in speed to value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of diverse experience with experience in handling multiple teams
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and implementation of agile way of working and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of organization
