Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Multiple years of experience in credit underwriting or credit risk management
• Good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessments
• Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk-based credit decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset
