Planning Manager role responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the planning and programming function across John Holland's NSW Buildings portfolio. Develops and implements planning strategies, audits, and reviews for the Business Group, Region, or major projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Science, Architecture, or Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 12 years experience across construction, engineering, planning, and project controls roles.
- Strong experience in project planning processes, including the application of risk management.
- Demonstrated use of planning software and tools such as Primavera Project Planning, time chainage charts, schedule risk analysis, programme forensic analysis, earned value management, and cash flow analysis.
