Project Engineer - CSR

We are seeking an accomplished Project Engineer to work on the CSR work on our Beveridge Intermodal Freight Terminal project (BIP). This role calls for a dynamic individual with proven expertise in civil engineering, including experience with pipejacking and familiarity with inground rock removal techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Civil and Rail construction, preferably with exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies related to civil engineering works.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple sites with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Proficient in project management, including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
• A commitment to upholding health and safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and site-based conditions.
• A current driver's license.
