Safety Advisor

The Safety Advisor will support the safe delivery of works in a live rail environment by establishing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety procedures. The role involves developing and embedding effective safety strategies, initiatives, and training to promote a strong and proactive safety culture across the project.

Requirements

• Experience as a Safety Advisor in infrastructure, rail, or civil construction projects, ideally in live operating environments
• Practical, site-based approach to health and safety
• Ability to implement, monitor, and continuously improve safety systems and procedures
• Confident working with project and site leadership teams
• Proactive in identifying risks, engaging the workforce, and promoting positive safety behaviours
