Job Description
The Senior Safety Advisor will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and monitoring health and safety management requirements, strategies, and initiatives across the project. The role will provide specialist safety support and coaching to operational leaders, employees, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive safe work practices across all sites.
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Safety Lead Auditor Qualification
- ICAM investigation qualification
- Bachelor's degree in quality, Safety, Environmental, Project Management or other associated disciplines
- Proven experience within major construction, infrastructure, or other high-risk projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance frameworks, and safety management systems.
