Job Description
The Training Advisor will lead the design, coordination and delivery of high-quality training initiatives across the Torrens to Darlington Project, a major infrastructure project in South Australia.
Requirements
- Qualified in Education, Training, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, HR or training advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of VET frameworks, AQTF and training systems.
- Confident facilitator with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organised with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in construction, engineering or similar technical environments (desirable).
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
