Job Description
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as Assistant Manager – Finance, responsible for financial accounting and reporting, treasury management, risk management, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Membership in a professional accounting body (ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, in an FMCG environment.
- Experience in SAP ERP system is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of the financial operations within a manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in process management within both manufacturing and sales environments.
- Expertise in financial accounting, management planning, and taxation.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange management and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on actions.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
