John Keells Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Intern - Client Service to assist in supporting customers, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and responding to their queries.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in client relationship management, customer service, or IT service delivery.
• Basic understanding of IT solutions or willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
