Job Description
As a Technician Specialist, you'll deliver John Lewis products to customers' homes, install products, and coach delivery drivers on customer service and home installations. You'll need to be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, provide great customer service, and work efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Previous experience of installation
- Manual C1 UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- DCPC or Drivers Qualification Card
- Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Great verbal communication skills
