Job Description
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for clients, providing exceptional service, and meeting customer issues with patience and solution orientation. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality, and flexibility with night and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years retail experience, preferably in women’s contemporary fashion
- Computer skills to include operation of iPad-based point of sales system and email
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $20.00
