Luxury Seasonal Assistant Store Manager -Carlsbad, CA

The Assistant Store Manager will serve as a brand ambassador and dynamic business leader, delivering elevated experiences for clients and the internal team, and driving the success of the business by coaching and leading a diverse team of sales professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related field
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and visual merchandising
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
