Store Manager

The Store Manager will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to support and execute all company initiatives, foster a culture of teamwork, and maximize the profitability of the store.

Requirements

• Ability to meet and exceed store and personal sales plan
• Support and partner with the Store Manager to complete daily operations
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to drive results
• Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall
• Understands and uses all retail systems and reporting tools
• Responsible for store inventory control and loss prevention
• Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building
• Assist in sourcing of qualified candidates
• Assist in training new associates
• Fosters an environment of teamwork and collaboration
• Demonstrates confidence when leading the team
• Evaluates performance of all team members
• Collaborating with the Store Manger to coach and develop the sales team
• Lead the sales team by example through sales efforts and customer service
• Ensure the team receives all new product knowledge training
• Model and enforce dress code compliance
• Achieve personal selling goals consistently
• Create a warm and inviting environment for customers
• Create an elevated and VIP customer experience
• Build repeat business by executing client capture tools and strategies
