Estimator

The Estimator at JOHNS BYRNE CO is responsible for accurately determining the costs associated with manufacturing and delivering products. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the construction or manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering estimates for complex projects
• Experience with cost estimation software and tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
